Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking.

Client Responsibility

​

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents for all destinations on your itinerary. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

• A valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity beyond your return date)

• Visas, permits, or vaccinations as required by destination countries

• Proof of onward travel or return flights, if applicable

 

Failure to provide the correct documents may result in denied boarding or entry without a refund.

Legal Travel Eligibility

​

If you have a criminal record, including felonies, you must notify Wanderlust World Travels before booking. Some countries restrict entry based on past convictions.​ Wanderlust World Travels is not liable for entry denial due to undisclosed legal issues.​

​

Payments

​

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment deadlines will be specified during the booking process. Payment methods available include all major credit cards. Missed payment deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of funds paid.​

​

Cancellations & Refunds

​

Cancellations must be received in writing via email, and refunds follow this general policy:

 

• 91+ days before departure – Deposit forfeited

• 61–90 days before departure – 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable

• 0–60 days before departure – 100% non-refundable

 

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Travel Insurance

​

We highly recommend a comprehensive policy covering:

 

• Trip cancellation or interruption

• Emergency medical expenses

• Lost or delayed baggage

• COVID-related changes

Wanderlust World Travels is not responsible for costs incurred due to emergencies or disruptions.

​

Health & Accessibility

​

It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to participate in all tour activities. Accommodations aren't guaranteed.

 

Please inform us of any of the following:

 

• Medical conditions

• Dietary needs

• Mobility limitations

Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

​

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to unexpected events, including:

 

• Weather conditions

• Airline or supplier issues

• Natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest

 

Wanderlust World Travels​ cannot be held liable for changes beyond our control.

​

Tour Conduct

​

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour, without refund, due to:

 

• Unsafe or inappropriate behavior

• Disruptive conduct

• Failure to comply with group norms

Liability Waiver

​

Wanderlust World Travels acts as an agent for independent suppliers. We are not responsible for:

 

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties

​

By booking, you agree to assume all risks associated with travel.
